Terms of sale

In force since 1 July 2026. The French version prevails in case of dispute.

1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of the digital products offered on Partir en Liberté: digital travel guides, preparation kits (spreadsheets, checklists) and bundles combining them. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made online via the secure Stripe platform. The order is final once payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered immediately after payment, via a download link shown on the confirmation page and repeated by email. In case of difficulty, contact admin@tech-bharat.com; a new link will be sent as soon as possible.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 1° and 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose performance began after the consumer's express prior consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal. By confirming the order, the customer requests immediate performance (download) and expressly waives the statutory right of withdrawal.

5. 14-day money-back commercial guarantee

Independently of point 4, Partir en Liberté offers a commercial guarantee of 14 calendar days from purchase: if a product does not suit you, you obtain a full refund on simple request to admin@tech-bharat.com, no questions asked. Refunds are issued within 48 working hours to the original payment method.

6. Licence

Products are licensed for personal, non-transferable use. Resale, public sharing, distribution or modification for redistribution — even free of charge — are prohibited.

7. Liability

The guides provide travel information current at the date of writing; it may change (prices, rules, access conditions). The customer remains solely responsible for travel decisions and the usual checks (formalities, health, safety, insurance) with official sources.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, consumers may use a consumer mediation service free of charge.
