What it is for, who it suits
At camp. In Kaokoland, the Central Kalahari or community campsites there is no restaurant or shop for hours. The rental 4x4 sometimes has a kitchen box, sometimes an incomplete one, and fires are banned or impossible on windy nights. Without a way to boil water it is cold food and no dawn coffee.
What it changes. A complete kit nesting in one pot: boil water, cook pasta, make coffee before the morning game drive, independent of the rental kit.
How it is made. Per the supplier and its photos: anodised non-stick aluminium pot and pan with insulated folding handles, mini stove for screw-on gas cartridges, food-grade bowls, folding knife-fork-spoon, wooden spatula, carabiner and bags. For 2 to 3 people. 644 g packed.
Before you order. Gas cartridges are not included and never fly: buy one locally and check the thread. Never cook inside a tent or the car. Metal utensils scratch the coating.
Timing. 8 to 15 working days: order at least three weeks ahead to check the contents and test the stove at home. 14-day returns.

Is a gas cartridge included?
No, and it cannot fly. Buy a screw-on cartridge locally and check it fits.
Can I use it on a wood fire?
The aluminium copes, but handles and non-stick coating suffer in direct flames: use the stove or gentle embers.
